Lupita Nyong’o is in amazing shape, she looks very fit and well toned, with no excess fat on her body. Lupita Nyong’o is the Kenyan actress who plays Patsey in 12 Years a Slave. She graduated from the Yale School of Drama and live in Brooklyn, New York.
She was actually born in in Mexico City where her family were political refugees. Both Kenyans and Mexicans wish to claim her! She told: “It’s gotten me into a lot of trouble: Kenyans want to claim me and, now, Mexicans do, too.” She became interested in acting from around the age of five years and was inspired by Whoopi Goldberg in The Color Purple.
So, how does Lupita Nyong’o stay in such great shape? Does she workout, does she diet, or is a busy work schedule and healthy lifestyle all that she needs?
What we know is that she never had any weight problems. She did play a character called Fatty in a theatrical performance called The Really Big Fat Show by the Yale School of Drama. However, she certainly was not fat!
She appears to be in shape as a result of living a healthy lifestyle. She has the body of a fit and healthy woman who eats sensibly and stays active. Gym and diet plans are not required when you have followed a healthy lifestyle all your life. Many people never gain weight, not because of a deliberate attempt to burn fat off, but simply because they never follow a lifestyle that makes them overweight. Lupita is one of these people.
