The latest in our #FitPins section is the Elite Ab workout from Imjur.com. This is the fourth in their series of abdominal workouts, the others being the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. The Elite features the Bicycle Crunch, which we have said before is one of the best abdominal exercises you can do.
This is not really a “workout” because they do not specify reps / sets for each exercise. You would do well to do 30 seconds of each exercise and repeat the circuit as many times as you can, resting for a couple of minutes between each round. Fast and furious.
Elite ab circuit:
- Sit Up
- Jackknife Crossover
30 seconds for each with hardly a rest, which means three minutes for the circuit. Repeat three times.
