Trying to get fit for basketball

Hi I am trying to get fit for basketball and my weight is 100-105 kg I’m 6 ft and still growing I’m only 13 though my daily routine is:

Breakfast 3 pieces of toast with vegimight and butter not much though
Recess apple And a pear cut up
Lunch. Ham with cheese and lettuce on white bread 2 of them.
Dinner depends on Wat mum cooks

I drink 2 liters of water throughout the day. Also I have started jump rope last week I am wanting to lose my gut and leg fat.




Have oat based cereal for breakfast, or eggs. The white bread is not doing you any good Dec. Swap that for something more nutritious, such as a salad.

  1. Thanks for the reply is the rest of my good intake good? And how can I loose some thigh fat jumping rope is ok?

    The apple and pear is certainly good, and if your mum cooks a healthy meal, that is good.

    As for thigh fat, spot reduction is not possible. You have to use diet and exercise to burn total body fat – where the fat goes first is determined by your genes, not the type of exercise you do.
