Regret is a terrible thing. If you really want to get in shape, get the body of your dreams, or just lose a few pounds and fit into your favorite clothes, don’t skip your workouts.

It only takes 20 minutes to blast out a quick home workout, or put on your running shoes and go for a jog. Don’t go to bed tonight regretting that you did not do anything today. You won’t regret the workout you do, only the one you didn’t do.
