The foundation works closely with schools to implement health and fitness programs in large inner-city schools which traditionally suffer from having very poor fitness levels amongst students. Lack of open spaces and playing fields often results in school children in inner cities receiving the bare minimum of fitness and sports education. The ultimate goal of the courses is really to keep children interested in school to held reduce drop out rates. Exercise has been shown to help improve concentration and motivation in the classroom.

There is obviously much more to Matthew McConaughey than written here. His body is in amazing shape.
