  1. Love love love this and relate to her experiences so much. Like her I tried so many different kinds of meditation and UGH it was rough, I tried and tried and hated it, hated doing them, hating feeling like i should do them and ending feeling just i just wasn’t capable of meditation – it just wasn’t for me.

Finally I crossed paths with transcendental meditation – again I just thought ‘oh I can’t learn to meditate…I’m not one of those kind of people’ but I did read Maharishi’s book, The Science of Being and the Art of Living and related to alot of what he was saying…so I decided to learn it and I did and it was just Cameron said, it was the easiest thing I’d every learned how to do. I loved creating time to meditate and I loved my practice…that was 10 years ago and I still love it.
