Now on week 5 of my plan. Time is flying, and results are hard showing. Last night I managed a weight training session, but feeling tired again today. On Saturday my son was diagnosed with a throat infection, and I have been suffering a little too. So last week I only trained once, on Monday’s kung-fu lesson. So far this week I have done one weight training session. Not looking good.
Need to increase activity, I know what I have to do to get fit, now I just need to do it. And fight off my latest cold at the same time!
