The biceps curl is a generic term that refers to a number of weight training exercises which target the biceps brachii muscle in order to develop, size, definition, strength or stamina.
Biceps curls can be done using any of the following equipment:- Dumbbells
- Barbell
- E-Z bar (also known as a "Bent bar")
- Cable machine
- Biceps curling machine

- Isolation Don’t get help from the delts, lower back or other bodyparts when training biceps. Don’t swing the weight.
