You are thinking of pull downs. Pullovers are when you lie on a bench and lower a dumbbell back over your head with slightly bent arms until your elbows are level with your head. This works the chest.

Hi Addy, we do not have any charts we can send you, but there are charts in the Turbulence Training eBook. As for back or chest first, up to you. If you are working out more intensively you may want to split the routines to work back and chest on different days.

Arnold has inspired generations of bodybuilders! Most people start weight training because of his movies or bodybuilding photos. He is trully an icon and has given us a lifestyle to love by that is unlike any other.

I am a great fan of Arnold schwarzenegger since I saw him in TERMINATOR. He did awesome hardwork for his health and build. He is a unique man I have ever seen who have a great heart as well as his muscles.Whenever I get tired from my workout I look his image and get motivated by explosive energy in me.He is the only man who changed my vision and my life.I love him.

Where's the squats and lat pulldown for the back?
This is a bad example of Arnolds routine...

For me Regular exercise is the most important thing that will keep you fit and healthy throughout the life. People make huge fuss around when it comes to shed some time for exercises. Exercise always helps in building strong immune systems that keeps away the infections. Thus, makes a person happy and healthy. My question is Bodybuilding supplements can it also help burn fats as good as exercising?

For the supplements, it does not mean that if you are going to use them you will gain results... It will take a long process before you will gain results... One of which is you'll need to do some diets and some effective bodybuilding programs. In this way you will gain good results with bodybuilding supplements.

Hi Anup, the only way to build muscle without heavy weights is to do volume training using lighter weights. Weights are vital. You could try the HIT system, ultra-slow, lower reps but heavier weights. This method is thought to actually stress the joints less than volume training.
