This is the core of the program. It is 100 pages divided into 2 parts, which are split into 16 chapters.
It starts with a chapter called “A Program for Success” which provides motivational and organisation tips to ensure that you are properly prepared to follow the plan correctly.
The second chapter, ”Three Steps to Weight Loss”, introduces the concept of Your Metabolism Type and teaches you how to create your own personalized meal plan, and expands on the shopping advice from the Quick Start Guide.

Last but not least is the The Metabolism Type Test. You will only need this once, but it is an essential part to this diet plan. This book takes you through the test to determine your metabolic type;
“Adapted from The Metabolic Typing Diet (Wolcott and Fahey 2000, 135), this simple test is the most basic way to determine your metabolism type.”
Once again Isabel references the test so you know that this is a proper test developed by health scientists. There are 25 questions with A or B answers. You answer them all, then add up your score. The last page of the test explains what your score means in terms of your metabolic type. This is then used by you to follow the best meal plan to help you to lose weight.
