Recently from last 3 months my belly increased a lot….so tell some tips about food, exercise, any diet…. I can do exercise daily if you advice me…but I cant go to gym. Without going to gym, tell me some tips to avoid my belly.
Hi Venkat, to lose your weight you need to combine healthy eating with exercise. You do not need to join a gym to exercise, we have many home exercise routines here at MotleyHealth. Try some of these: Circuit training, 20 Minute home routine, yoga workouts, and of course jogging and running.
