  • The weight training section is also undergoing some exciting changes. For those serious about bodybuilding then there is a new Dorian Yates Bodybuilding Workout. Dorian Yates has won Mr. Olympia 6 times and utilized Mike Mentzers HIT method of training. We also take a look at Mark Rippetoe’s Strength Training Advice which provides workouts aimed at the beginner to build a solid foundation quickly.
  • Also we have added two more weight training exercises: Weighted Lunges and Front Squats. Big compound exercise for building muscle and stripping away fat.
