Welcome to our first Newsletter. This is the first of our new weekly updates.
To introduce our new newsletter we will be running a free prize draw, open too all of our subscribers. The sports watch that we have lined up comes with a calories counter and pedometer. More details will be released in future issues.
We have made a few changes this week to enhance MotleyHealh for our readers. As many of the UK readers mentioned that they were not aware of the dedicated UK section, we have now integrated this in the main site navigation.
