This “Secret” does not involve reps, sets or counting. You will not have to watch your calories, fat, protein or carbs. There are no exercises and no videos. Only the chance to achieve the body you dream of, along with any other life goals that you may have.

Star athletes know and practice the “Secret”. Champion bodybuilders take advantage of the “Secret”. People around the world and throughout history who have been influential, powerful, wealthy and happy have either intentionally or unknowingly practiced the “Secret”.
That’s right, some people who enjoyed great success through the “Secret” didn’t even realize they knew it or were applying it. I have just a minor twist to put on this fantastic “Secret” to help you achieve your fitness goals. But the truth is that the “Secret” can be used for much more than just fitness, it can be used for any of your goals.
I have a few questions to ask you before I teach you about the “Secret”, and I want you to take a few moments to think about them. It is important that you be completely honest with yourself. Through this exercise you will probably realize that you have not accomplished certain goals, and so I want you to pay attention and keep an open mind because I will show you how to change that, and accomplish your goals as a result.
Do you have a body that you want and are proud of? Do you have plenty of energy during the day? Are you strong, confident and assured? Do you feel limited by your body when it comes to things you want to do? Do you desire to be thinner? Do you wish you had more muscle? Do you want your abs to be flat and your butt firm?
Every person who reviews these questions will have different answers. It is a fact that not everybody desires the same things. We all have different goals.
But none of that matters because the “Secret” can be applied to any goal by any person, and it can be done successfully. Are you curious about the “Secret” yet? Are you wondering what is really is? Get ready for the life changing information.

The “Secret” is all about the Law of Attraction, and how you can use your mind to harness it. Your focus and your thoughts become your reality. Or you can think of it this way, “What you resist, persists. Whatever you are feeling and thinking is a perfect reflection of what you will become”.
Look at it this way, if you have a flabby belly and all you do is focus on that belly and how much you hate how it looks, then you are attracting the flabby belly and you will keep that flabby belly no matter what you do.
However, if you look at that flabby belly, and visualize it being firm and flat, and continue to visualize it that way every day, your belly will gradually flatten out and firm up. It is imperative that you focus your thoughts on the body you desire, rather than the body that you detest. Every day you must imagine that your body is what you desire, and that your fitness goals have been met.
Closed-minded people are now wondering about my sanity and thinking that this is all horse manure. And if you are closed minded, then you can stop reading the article and going back to doing what you’ve always done and living with the body that you currently have.
Or, you can choose to be open minded, you can choose to read, accept and apply the concepts of the “Secret” and you can watch your body transform as your goals are met.
Years ago, someone told me about the “Secret” and how I could apply it towards all the goals in my life.
This is when I realized that I had been applying the “Secret” to my fitness goals and didn’t even know it, and it had always worked. For as long as I can remember I have actively visualized how I wanted my body to look, and feel as well as how much energy, strength and confidence I wanted to have. These visualizations helped me to stay motivated and on track so that I could have the body I desired.
And now I will tell you how you can do the same thing. The first thing you must accept is that how you feel at this moment and the body that looks back at you in the mirror is the direct result of how you have always done things in the past. Every habit, thought, action and inaction over the course of your life has combined to create the person you area at this moment.
Now, if all of this has left you with a body that you would rather not have, and you are yearning for a different physique, then you must accept that it is time to open your mind and try something different. That begins by actively visualizing yourself enjoying the lean, strong body of your dreams… this includes feeling the energy, vitality and strength that you will enjoy with the new figure.
You must imagine the confidence and pride in great detail. Wanting it bad enough will help you achieve it and the burning desire you create will help you succeed. It is important that you go through this exercise every day without fail, even more than once a day when you can, until you have actually achieved the goals you have set.
The more you practice this, the easier it will become and the more detailed you can be and you find your life transforming into what you are visualizing. Focusing on your failures will attract more of those same failures into your life so it is imperative that you let those go.
Since I started applying the “Secret” I have experienced amazing events, seen amazing things and met amazing people. An open mind is the most important thing to have at this point so that when you are visualizing you will be able to focus your entire being and consciousness on it.
The mindset is the first step and from that will spring action to help you achieve the goals you have set. By following this process you will become like millions of other people who have succeeded with it. There is another quote that I would like to share with you today.
“Whether you THINK you can or can’t do something, either way, you are right”.
Read that again, let it sink in and you will recognize the truth and power of that statement. You must change your mindset for the “Secret” to change your life. Before beginning, take a moment to reread this article and as you read, think about how you can apply the concepts here to your goals.
Remember, it will work with any goals, not just fitness. You can use it for financial, personal and business goals. Getting your mind in the right place is the first step on this journey, but doing so will allow the action to follow that will help you achieve your dreams.
