Times have changed and the way that our children live and run their day to day activities just are not the same as when I was a kid. The studies say that 1 out of 3 kids are over weight or obese. Kids with diabetes at such young ages, now is the time to change their habits and the way that they think about food. The biggest problem is the kinds of food that are on the shelves and in the advertisements.
