Hi Michelle, start by reading the articles in our diet section especially the article on a healthy and balanced diet. Then take a look at the fitness section. To lose weight requires total lifestyle change. You will not resolve the problem by just doing a few fitness classes a week and not changing the way you eat and the way you live.
