		<description>Hi Chelsea, what are you finding hard about the DVDs? Do you mean you find it hard to find the time to follow the plan, or the exercise is hard? If that latter, then you just need to keep working. Losing weight is hard work and you have to be prepared to push yourself hard.</description>

		<description>I am wondering how i can manage to get down to like 110-115 in a three month span, two if possible. I am currently 131 pounds and five foot three inches. I&#039;m 19 years old, and I have been currently eating smaller portions and at least five portions a day. I wake up every morning do a hundred sit ups, and do at least two work out dvds, the firm, and p 90x. I find it to hard for me to do these dvds so I was curious to  see if you could find me a a plan that won&#039;t be hard to do at home. I would love to Flatten my stomach and loose the 16-20 pounds I want to loose before summer.

You have to modify your diet and exercise a lot to lose weight and build muscle at the same time.
