Although the title seems to focus on abs, this book is a valuable resource even if your goal is not a six pack. If you just want to get in shape, lose the weight that you have accumulated over the years and shed some fat from problem areas, this book will be a great help.

Mike Geary is a certified Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer. He has dedicated much of his life to learning the best ways to get in shape quickly.
