This is a great tour of Bulldog Gym, a Thai boxing gym. All the stations are functional training, building on core strength, boxing and kicking skills, endurance, footwork, power plus sprints drills. There is also a sledge hammer station, rope climbs and rock climbing (great for finger and hand strength).
