Rich ‘Ace’ Franklin’s MMA Endurance Workout Video

Rich Franklin is an America MMA professional fighter and a former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight champion. He started out learning karate as a child, and then studied submission fighting from video tapes, and currently learns Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the tutelage of Jorge Gurgel.

In this video we see how he trains for MMA. The workout is a grueling 60 minutes of non-stop weight training and circuit training. The ultimate in endurance training.
