		<description>Hi Charlie. To make your own circuit just list all the exercises that you can do (in terms of have the space / equipment to do) and then pick a routine, ideally one that alternates upper body and lower body exercises.</description>

Exscuss iv had 8 knee ops very seriouse
And smashed the knee cap in 7 pieces
Told I would never walk 
Again and after 2 years I&#039;m a keen runner
Of the north downs 30k run still get 
A few niggles but not bad
For some one that was told you will probaly
Have your leg cut of du to an infection 
Called ostomerlits 30k in 3hrs2mins aint bad
So stop winging about knee pain!!!!!!!</description>
