Kettlebell basics and progressions
This clip shows a series of kettlebell exercises. There is no spoken instruction, but the exercises shown are clear and easy to follow. Exercises include the one handed swing with alternate hands, one handed clean, double cleans, bottoms up squat, one handed rack squat, two handed rack squat, some press variations. This is a good progression from Introduction to Kettlebells video.
