		<description>Lots of protein and healthy salads. Lean meats, chicken, eggs, nuts, pulses, tuna (and other fish), kale, lettuce, spinach, watercress, tomatoes etc. etc. Healthy, simple, high protein, low starch diet. Also consider whey and casein protein powders if you feel that you are not making the gains you expect. But always supplement your diet, never replace!</description>
