		<description>When using dumbbells it is always sensible to start with your weakest arm (left in your case) and then match that with your right. If you try to work both to their maximum, the right will always grow faster than the left. So let the left arm decide how much weight, and how many reps, are lifted. Also, when doing barbell curls, the right arm will also be doing a little more work. Really focus on working the left.</description>
