		<description>The best thing to do is it try it out for yourself. This is really the only way to know how well it will work for you. You may not want to do this workout everyday, instead doing a few times a week with other cardio workouts in between.</description>

		<description>Protein shakes are an excellent way to get extra protein. Ideally you need to drink them within 30 minutes of exercising though. Otherwise you may as well just have a protein rich meal. Remember they are their to supplement your diet, not replace. So still ensure that you are eating plenty of protein rich foods.</description>
