		<description>I work at a 911 call center for my city and work 12 hour shifts. There is an elevator but I take the stairs. There is close parking but I park a block away and walk. I&#039;m always looking for extra things to do to get in shape and stay fit. Every little bit helps. That&#039;s for the advice!</description>
