Dance Group Diversity Team Up With Change4Life

The successful UK dance troupe Diversity have teamed up with the Change4Life organization to help promote dance as a way to get kids and adults more active and fitter.

Change4Life is a new scheme run by the British National Health Service which aims to help families eat well, move more and live longer, happier lives.

Diversity have put together some dance lessons on the Change4Life website to teach even the most inexperienced dancer how to move to the rhythm and start dancing for fitness. They offer 4 difficulty levels – Easy, Medium, Hard and Mega Routine.


Diversity are a street dance group that were working together for several years before winning Britain’s Got Talent. The group’s leader and choreographer is Ashley Banjo. He has been dancing since his early teens.

The others in the group are Jordan Banjo, brothers Sam and Mitchell Craske; Ian, Matthew and Jamie McNaughton, Perri Luc Kiely, Warren Russell, Ike Ezekwugo and Terry Smith.
