Sleeping Tortoise Yoga Pose - Supta Kurmasana

Start from Kurmasana posture (Tortoise).

Inhale, look up and bend the knees a little, walk the feet toward your head. Exhale and cross the feet behind your head, the torso will lift from the floor a little as you bring your legs together. Lower the forehead to the floor and hold your hands behind your back.

Hold this position for about 30 seconds. To come out of this pose, exhale and release the hands and feet, inhale and lift the torso up to a sitting position.
