  1. Hi im 14,Asian, 49.9 kg (110 pounds ?) about 150-155 cm tall. im not necessary fat but all my fat seems to be stored at my stomach.. im not allowed to go outside to do any sports so is a exercise I could do at home?

    hi,i am a female aged 22.weight-52kg.i have been doing stretching exercises n yoga from past one year.i have started consuming protein powder and a lot of protein rich food to meet my daily proteon requirement of 120lbs.i am thin too.is the consumption of protein powder going to help me gain atleast an inch and some muscles too??/
