Care has to be taken with any supplement. TT may boost your testosterone and give you an edge, but studies so far have indicated that it does not really help a great deal, and does not push level above normal. If you take any supplement, you still need to workout hard and eat a healthy diet full of lean proteins and salads, pulses etc. You would probably be better off ensuring that your workout is giving maximum gains, and that your diet is perfect.

I've recently ordered a supplement from muscleenhancers.com. The supp I ordered is called "Show-Tech". It claims to have Tribulus Terrestris in it and also claims to increase testosterone productions by bla bla blah. So far I've found nothing to support this claim. Is TT good for muscle building?

No, it is not a steroid, so you should be OK taking it. However, if you are looking to maintain muscle mass, then it may be wisest to just keep working out each week and eating a healthy diet with plenty of proteins.
