Six Sports and Weight Loss Nutrition Tips

Losing weight and building an athletic body go hand in hand. If you workout, you need to fuel your body to help build muscle. This type of nutrition is also ideal for helping you to lose weight, to aid fat burning, and tone up. 1. Eat more protein

Protein is the fuel your muscles need to become firm and toned. It also fools your brain into thinking your stomach is full, making it easier to control your hunger. 2. Eat little and often

3. Cut down on the junk food
