Green Juice: Broccoli, Avocado and Pak Choi
This is another classic green juice, which is designed to rejuvenate, improve muscle function and reduce cholesterol. There are many benefits to drinking green juices. Probably the juice that Batman drinks!
- Broccoli: An excellent source of calcium, and a source that is easy to absorb.
- Avocado: A source of potassium, which is essential for muscle and nerve function.
- Pak Choi: Not so easy to get hold of, but this Chinese cabbage is full of antioxidants and helps manage stress hormones.
To make it take 3 broccoli florets, 1 pak choi and 1 avocado. Chop them all, juice the pak choi and broccoli, then transfer to a blender and add the avocado. Blend until smooth. Drink.
