		<description>Hi Chris, sounds like there are some abs there almost ready to come out! Keep working on them. Maybe increase weight on ab exercises and do more large compound lifts too. Front squats are often effective.</description>

		<description>Hi Chris, sounds like you are doing the right things. Some bodyweight exercises will help too, squats, press ups etc. Keep away from these fat burners (or any others). You can get in great shape with a healthy diet and exercise.</description>

		<description>I am a young teenager trying to get a leaner stomach and eventually getting a six pack. I run for 3 days then take a rest on the next day for exercise. I normally run 4 miles and occasionally five. My diet is pretty good also consisting of fruits and vegetables and lean protein. I also do not have too much fat on my stomach. I am trying to become leaner by the summer. Any suggestions?</description>
