Hi Abed,
1. You need a protein shake. Whey protein is an excellent choice. Do not get a "weight gainer" as this may contain a lot of carbohydrates that cause t to put on some fat too if your diet is not in complete control. Supplements and medicine is not required.
2. Just a protein drink after weight training is required. Eat a healthy and balanced diet.
3/4. Type of medicine? "English" medicine is the only medicine you should take, and that should be prescribed by a qualified doctor. Herbal medicine is often unregulated and can lead to ill health. Homeopathy is not medicine, it does nothing.
5. Speak to your pharmacist about this.
6. If you are eating a healthy diet all you need is a good whey protein shake to supplement your diet.
7. Fat loss medicine - if you are working out hard then this is not required. There are potential risks to health too. Why take the risk?
8. Schedule - withing 30 minutes of weight training for a protein shake. Depends really how much training you are doing.
9. You can take protein supplements for as long as you need. Other medicines should be avoided.

Dear Sir,

My name is Abed Muneeb and male of 24yrs from Pakistan. Height about 5.10 inches.

I am doing bodybuilding since last two months,

(NOTE: I don’t want to make my body muscle so huge and I also don’t want to participate in any bodybuilder’s competition, I just only want my body in beautiful shape, For Example: Cloths have different sizes like small, medium, large, xl, xxl etc. so I just wants my muscles in large range not xl, xxl and xxxl.)

I want to get some advice. So I request you (as a brother or human being and beyond your company’s interest,) to please give me advice which will help me

1-	Please tell me which supplement, shakes and medicine is best for me in above circumstances.
2-	Please tell me that either both medium are necessary or only one is enough in above circumstances.
3-	Please tell me that which one of the given below medicine is best without any side effects.
4-	English medicine, Herbal medicine, Homeopathic medicine.
5-	Please tell me medicine which is without steroids and other dangerous elements.
6-	Please tell me that proteins, multivitamins, minerals, calcium, nutrition etc are available in one supplement/medicine package that you will suggest me or all are separately available.
7-	Please also tell me about fat loss medicine.
8-	If you suggest me some medicine/shakes/supplements then please tell me a proper schedule. (Quantity of dose, timings, before or after exercise, before or after meal)
9-	Please tell me for how much period medicine will use.
I heard someone that medicine and supplements are dangerous for health and bodybuilder’s body shape change when bodybuilders leave bodybuilding and medicine.
I will be very thankful to you on your kind and meaningful response.
Thanks
Best regards,
