		<description>Hi Mel, it is impossible to put a time frame on it. Also, try not to be too ambitious too soon. There are only 2 weeks to the new year, and even if you exercise 3 times a week that is only 6 exercise sessions - do not expect miracles straight away. Just keep working on it and results will come eventually. But you can certainly get to a great start in the next couple of weeks.</description>

It is always better to learn how to eat a healthy diet, but you could dip back into this now and then too. The key to long term weight management is being consistently healthy - exercise daily if possible and always eat healthy.</description>
