I dont like cardio exercises.just do yoga or pilates for 10 or 20 minutes. actually to sweat for me is so difficult. people say that if i do sport without sweating. i cant lose way, even make losing weight much more difficult. is it true ??..

I would like to carry out 3days dietplan. and another day i eat normorly, not so much, but more than diet plan. SO is that good ? does it work well?

There are only 2 weeks to the new year, and even if you exercise 3 times a week that is only 6 exercise sessions - do not expect miracles straight away. Just keep working on it and results will come eventually. But you can certainly get to a great start in the next couple of weeks.</description>

It is always better to learn how to eat a healthy diet, but you could dip back into this now and then too. The key to long term weight management is being consistently healthy - exercise daily if possible and always eat healthy.</description>
