Protein helps you to manage your appetite, and for that reason it is useful to take in more protein when trying to lose weight. But, you still have to reduce total calories - you cannot eat as much protein as you like and expect to lose weight.</description>

		<description>Fine  its really nice to read this. Is walking exercise reduce the belly. I have tried so many ways but have not done any exercises. Just with diet i was trying to control the belly. But i cant . Do you any othr means like foods which will reduce belly.</description>
