Megan Boone plays rookie FBI profiler Elizabeth Keen in NBC’s The Blacklist. Before her role in The Blacklist she appeared in Blue Bloods, Law & Order: Los Angeles, Sex and the City 2. Here first movie appearance was in 2009’s My Bloody Valentine 3D. She is also in the 2014 comedy Welcome to the Jungle.
Megan Boone stays in shape using the most simple and effect method that there is – basic portion control. She does not talk about diet or fitness, there is no mention of Megan going to gyms or having a personal trainer. Her great shape seems to be down to good old fashioned sensible eating and a healthy lifestyle.
Does Megan Boone exercise? It seems that as her work is so physical she really does not need to do any additional exercise. She works 12 to 14 hour days most days of the week. Before appearing in film and television she was a stage actress, she received a BFA in acting from Florida State University.
She told the NY Post that when she is nervous she eats popcorn, but judging by her size, she does not get nervous often.

She shared on Twitter a Pinterest photo on “how to diet”. It showed somebody holding miniature sized coffees and donuts!
She did not elaborate and some have speculated that Megan Boone’s secret to staying in such great shape is simply portion control.
Eat three meals a day, no snacks (except popcorn if nervous!) and make sure you do not pile too much food on your plate.
