Alexis uses a combination of exercises to stay in great shape. She studied ballet for 11 years before becoming a model, and this gave or great core strength and balance, which she utilizes in her work and fitness today. She also practices Bikram Yoga, which is derived from traditional hatha yoga.
She also enjoys jogging and hiking, Pilates and does some martial arts and boxercise workouts.

Raised By a Nutritionist
Alexis’ mom was a nutritionist, so she had a great start in life, being introduced to healthy eating and natural food from day one. It is likely that much of her success can be attributed to this alone.
Her diet includes, but is not limited to:
- Almond Milk
- Vegan Protein Powder
- Fruit (Pineapple, Mango, Watermelon, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Papaya)
- Kale Chips
Some of Alexis’ favorite healthy snacks are:
- Carrots and Hummus
- Apples and Almond Butter
- Trail Mix (Generally Raw and with no chocolate coated nuts)
- Perfect Bars (The Purple Ones are her Favorite!)
Hard work and calorie control are the two most important factors.
