Today is my first day at home since starting the Atkins diet. I woke up plannin to eat a huge pile of scrambled egg with grated cheddar cheese, but we were out of eggs. So I broke my diet big time. I had a tuna mayonnaise SANDWICH for breakfast. Yes, two thick slices of high GI, GI carb, highly insulin inducing bread. Also had a cup of tea.
Anyway, I decided that it was time for another weigh in. I should have weighed myself before breakfast. I got on the scales, and at first I thought that the scales were wrong, so I repositioned them, and tried again, with the same result. 92.5kg (203.9 pounds). I have lost another 1.5kg this week. That is about 3 pounds!
