As a continued effort to both get fit and save money in these hard economic times, I walked home from the station again today. According to CardioTrainer, it was 2.86 miles, and took 48 minutes. Average speed was 3.7mph, with a max of 4.7mph.
I did slow down to send some text messages (Google chats in fact) so I could have done it quicker, but a good time.
