Michael Phelps Crashes His Car, But is Uninjured
News in that Phelps crashed his SUV on Thursday night, in Baltimore, allegedly after a jumping a red light. Fortunately no-one has been injured. He updated his Facebook page to say;
“Thanks everybody who has reached out since the accident. I am fine and glad nobody was seriously hurt. I hope the other driver is doing ok. My ankle hurts and I am having it checked out, but nothing that is going to prevent me from getting back to training on Monday.”
Hopefully there is no serious damage to his ankle, and he will be training in the pool again after the weekend.
