White Tea Breaks Down Fat Deposits

German scientists have revealed that tea really can help you lose weight. However, not the black teas like Oolong and Wuji, but white teas. White tea contains a property that actually helps to break down fat in the body, and also helps to stop fat being stored in the first place. White tea is made from the leaves that grow at the very top of tea plants, and is much more tender than the lower leaves. It also cost about three times more than black tea of similar quality.
