		<description>Jog twice a week (don&#039;t need excessive - just 3kms is fine for now). Gym 3 times a week, full body workout each one (mayb bench press, seated row, military press, incline dumbell press, wide grip lat pulldowns, shoulder lateral raises, crunches- 3 sets of 10 reps for each, need spot/fail on 9th or 10th rep). only eat bad sugars (the ones in chocolate and ice cream!) one day per week.</description>
