Marijuana Causes Testicular Cancer
Recent research has revealed a link between heavy cannabis users and testicular cancer. The research is published in the journal Cancer. From the study group of 369 men, those that were regular marijuana users doubled the risk of developing testicular cancer compared to those who never smoked it.Also the research suggests at this stage that cannabis use may be linked to the most aggressive form of the cancer.
A spokesman for Cancer Research UK said that no previous studies had found a link between marijuana and the disease.
“This is consistent with the study’s findings that the elevated risk of non-seminoma type testicular cancer in particular was associated with marijuana use prior to 18,” she said.
Another research, Dr Stephen Schwartz, said: “What young men should know is first, we know very little about the long-term health consequences of marijuana smoking, especially heavy marijuana smoking, and second, our study provides some evidence that testicular cancer could be one adverse consequence.” Dr Janet Daling

Define “regular marijuana users”. In what age group where the 369 men? Where irregular marijuana users also included in this study? What nationalities where included in this study? How many men from each nationality were observed? Which nationality had the highest testicular cancer rating? Of that nationality, how many where “regular marijuana users”? Which nationality had the lowest testicular cancer rating? Of that nationality, how many where “regular marijuana users”? Did the marijuana have any chemicals induced? How long was this study conducted? What where the settings for conducting this study? If marijuana is illegal, how did the men obtain the marijuana? Did they have medical exemption for this drug? If medical exemption was given, how much was each person allowed to consume per day, week, month, year?
I will not believe this study unless actual, irreputably detailed evidence is provided to support or disprove such evidence.
