Woman’s 10 Minute Kickboxing Aerobics Workout
This 10 minute workout provides an energetic workout based on the training moves of kickboxing. The workout focuses on arm and leg coordination, and utilises all the main moves, from jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts, knees and kicking routines.
Unlike many kickercise / boxercise workouts martial applications are still evident and you are reminded to keep your guard up at all times.
