		<description>Yuly, just enjoy your sports. If your build is genetic, then there is nothing to worry about, it is natural. You could take up track and field, run cross country etc. This will start to make you more athletic. But at 12 you still have a lot of growing to do, so just enjoying sport and eating a healthy diet will keep you well.</description>

I&#039;m mexican so it kinda runs in the family!(: But I didn&#039;t want to lose mega wight just kinda tone myself. I&#039;m joining 1 sport every season at my school. Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball, and Bowling. But what else can I do to get fitter?</description>
