		<description>I love this! I don&#039;t know why, but the movie workouts I think are my new motivation. The gym I go to has a &quot;300&quot; workout every week based off what the actors actually did in preparation. Maybe I&#039;m a dork, but it keeps me motivated to think that I will look like a Spartan soldier if I keep it up! 

Perhaps now I should focus more on the James Bond look!</description>
