Hi Jon,

Interesting article. Don't know if I'll be doing the 300 workout anytime soon, but it's interesting to read the details of what it takes to become that buff. ;-) Maybe I'll reconsider, after I've run my first marathon & have reached the next level in my fitness regime.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! Good luck with your running program. Are you training for a particular race or just running for general fitness?

If you ever want to discuss running, you're welcome to join our BlogCatalog running discussion group, "Runners, Runners, Everywhere." It's open to the public & is a very active discussion group. It's a great source for useful running information & resources. The people who participate in this group are really nice & helpful. Many of them are experienced runners & some are also professional trainers & the like. It's a great community & we'd love to have you participate!

I see you've got a lot of fitness oriented blogs: Do you have any plans to create your own running journal in the form of a blog? If so, you can count me in as a subscriber. I'll also add you to my blogroll. I love reading personal accounts of people's journeys to physical fitness.

Look forward to hearing more about your running program.

Sincerely,
Corey Irwin (a.k.a. "Cyberpenguin")
