Why fast foods are bad, even in moderation
A recent study reported in New Scientist has indicated that poor quality food causes faster weight gain than healthy food even in a calorie controlled diet. Therefore, healthy food is essential if you wish to keep the waist line down. Consuming fewer calories alone may not be the answer. Many diets concentrate on fewer calories in the belief that this will give the results that you are aiming for, however that may not be the case.
